EnAbling Dream Careers for those with Neurodiversity

Get to know EdAble

EdAble is a social enterprise committed to increasing employment opportunities for people with autism and other neuro diversities.

We empower people with autism and other neuro diversities to create and maintain meaningful employment

We support the creation of inclusive workplaces where people with autism and other neuro diversities can take on roles that match their interests and abilities. We understand that everyone has unique strengths and talents, and we work with individuals to identify these strengths and be involved in workplaces that are a good fit for them.

We support people with autism and other neuro diversities to build their own businesses. We provide them with the tools, the resources, and support they need to turn their ideas into successful ventures. By doing this, we help them achieve financial independence and create a positive impact in their communities.

We also incubate small businesses that create jobs for people with and without autism. By doing this, we create a diverse and inclusive workplace that benefits both employees and the wider community. We believe that by bringing together people from different backgrounds and with different perspectives, we can create a more innovative and dynamic workplace.

We believe that training is key to enabling our employees to succeed in their roles. We partner with public and private organisations and institutions to deliver evidence-based training that is tailored to the needs of our employees. By doing this, we help our employees to develop the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in their roles.

We believe that building community partnerships is essential to our mission. We work with local organisations and individuals to create a more inclusive and supportive community for people with autism and other neuro diversities. By collaborating with others, we can achieve more than we could on our own.

Welcome to the EdAble Community!
